Attention: the local tax amounts Euro 3,00 per day and person (from age 14) and is not included.

We are terribly sorry, but we do not accept animals in our hotel.

Our prices include:

• Use of sauna and whirlpool from 16,00 until 19,00.
• Fitnessroom, gamesroom, rent a toboggan or snowshoes.
• Breakfast from the buffet, salad from the buffet, menu choice.

To pay extra:

• Telephone, extra towels for sauna/whirlpool (Euro 1,50), bathrobe (Euro 5,00).

• All rooms have a bath or shower / toilet / bidet, hairfon, balcony, telephone, radio, LCD-TV and free safe, W-Lan internet connection. The hotel has a lift.
• Prices are per day and per person half board.
• We do not accept cheques, only cash an EC-Card! We would like to inform you, that according to the current law, payments in cash can only be accepted for a maximum amount of 999,00 Euro. You also can pay with Visa and Mastercard.
• For stays of less than 3 days there may be variations in the above prices.
• The reservations are only valid after our written confirmation.
• For children from 0 - 5 years there is a reduction of 50%, from 6 to 10 years of 30% and from 11 to 99 years of 20%, in the parentsroom (2 adults minimum).
• The additional charge for double room for one person (subject to prior arrangements) is from 30% to 70% from the halfboard-price.
• Please inform us in advance if you plan to check in after 6 p.m. Rooms are available from 2 p.m. of the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
• We regret that dogs are not welcome in our hotel.
• Cancellation requirements according to Article 1382 ZGB (Civil Code).
• In the case of a cancellation by the guest or the person who made the booking, the guest is liable for payment of the following cancellation fees:
• Cancellation from 21 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price; Cancellation from 7 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price; Cancellation of less than 3 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the agreed total price.
• The cancellation must be made in writing and must be received by the hotel no later than the above named dates (21 or 8 days) before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s).
• If the booked rooms could not be let out to another person(s), the guest or the person who made the booking is liable to pay 70% of the agreed total price.
• The agreed price is the price, which was agreed for accommodation, catering and possibly other services.
• If all booked rooms/beds cannot be let to another person, the percentage of the agreed price relates only to the agreed price and not the booked rooms/beds.
• Regulation in the case of early departure of the guest.
• In the case that the guest(s) departs early, he/she/they is/are liable to pay the price for the actual stay, as well as 70% of the agreed price for the remaining services not used.
• Group travel – the same.
